This isn't something anyone likes to do, but it was sadly necessary. In response to an extensive history of disrespectful behavior (both to me before and after I was made a mod here and to other members of olberfanns), dulcet_milieu has been banned from the community.

So I told y'all how I was planning to handle the tagging process...and ditched that idea almost immediately. :-P What I decided to do instead was go to the Manage Tags page, sort by usage, and start with the single-use tags.

• At this moment, we have no fewer than four separate tags that have been used for posting photos to the community. In order of frequency, these are images, pics, pictures, and photos. In the interest of consistency, I will be combining all of these under the images tag.

As of this writing, there are 640 individual tags in use in olberfanns, out of a possible 1000. Of these, only 229 - 35% - of them have been used more than once. 54 - 8% - have been used 10 times or more.
